Postcard

Hello fellow Crafters,

Today is the first of May already ! Doesn't time fly...  I made this postcard as my DT piece for Roc for this month.

I started with a piece of Kraft card stock which I dry brushed with Gesso. I also aged the edges a bit with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I used a page out of a (German) Dictionary as a base. I tore the edges, distressed them with DI (Vintage Photo) and crumpled it up. After uncrumpling I went over it again with the same ink. I then sprayed it with water and made the colour move a little bit. After drying I adhered it to the postcard. I then stamped the following Roc Nicholas Stamps on white card stock:

I then coloured them with Copics, Clear embossed them and cut them out. After that I took a black marker around every image. I glued everything down on my distressed book text. Wasn't easy to fit Dog's ears inside the Bird Princess' arms.
Lastly I adhered some bits of corrugated card and some jewels down.

Thanks for stopping by  !
