Hello everyone,
A little while ago we were asked by the lovely France Papillon to make samples with her new stamps. The reason for this was that she would be featuring them on Hochanda TV ! How exciting ! I made 4 samples with the yummy new stamps, stencils and stickers and I will be sharing them with you here on my blog.
This page was made with a piece of Mixed Media Paper. I added gesso and once it was dry I used some DecoArt Americana Deco Chalky Finish paints for the background. Next I used the stencil "Honeycomb Large" by France with some of the same paint. Next I added more paint with my fingers along the edges to sort of frame the page. When I was happy with the result I added some stamping with Archival Inks (in similar colours) and the stamps from set "1800" and with Black Archival ink and a script stamp from set "London-New York". The main image is a stamp from the set "Kevin and so" which I stamped on white card stock and coloured with Copic Markers, I then cut them out and adhered them to the page, grounding them on a torn "Butterfly Whispers" Mixed Media Sticker. Lastly I added some doodles around the page and a sentiment made up from stamp set "How shall I put it".

Thank you so much for stopping by today !
Love that honeycomb stencil and the retro stamps are the perfect 'final touch'!
