Let your hair down

 Hello everyone, 

I have an art journal page for you today. I made it with Janet's Rapunzel stamp set for AALL & Create. There is also a video if you's like to see how I made it. You'll find the video HERE. 

It looks a little buckled because I used the wrong paper for this technique. I should have used Mixed Media paper and I used something like a thick card stock which was obviously not ideal for lots of wet ink and water. Oh well, these things happen. 

Here's how:

First I watercolored Rapunzel and cut her out.

I coloured the background with Distress Oxide inks and water and printed this stencil on it. I then toned it down with white paint. 

Adding a little stamping.

And here she is in all her glory although a little crumpled..
