A doggie postcard, a girlie card and a video !

Hello everyone,

and welcome to my blogpost for Vera Lane Studio.

When you read this I will be on holiday for a few days. Hopefully the weather will be kind !

For this week I have made a postcard and a card. I have also made a YouTube tutorial for the card.

This set came out this week and is called "Stick pups". How cute are they ! I printed them in this group on a piece of gelli printed paper and also on white card stock. I coloured the ones on the white card stock and cut them out. I then adhered the pieces to the dogs on the card. The border is from an envelope that was sent to me by my teammie Sylvia with an ATC inside. Loved the paper and couldn't throw it out.

Next I have a card :

I love how this turned out. On watercolour paper I used a large background stamp and heat embossed it with white WOW embossing powder. I then dipped it into Distress Oxide inks 'Faded Jeans' and 'Seedless Preserves'. I love how the image in the background stands out. Next I printed the girl and sentiment from the set "that girl" and coloured her with Copics, cut her out and adhered her with the sentiment. I then adhered the panel onto a white card.
