Racing ladybugs ???

Hello everyone, 

I was asked by Abs to make some samples with the new release stamps for the AALL & Create Hochanda shows ! Of course I couldn't say no to that ! 

This is the second sample and it is a tag :

Here's how I made it:

I started by stamping parts of the stamp #161 onto watercolour paper and then watercoloured the images and cut them out. I used a circle punch for the numbers. 

Next I coloured a tag shaped piece of paper with watercolours and then 'printed' the stencil on the top by rubbing a Distress Oxide ink pad over it, spraying it with water and pressing it onto the tag. 

Next I stamped parts of the stamp again, this time straight onto the tag with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with white powder. 

I cut out some more circles, slightly bigger than the numbers and layered the numbers onto them. I then stapled them to the bugs. 

Next I thought that the tag needed black so I got out an older stamp set and used one of the stamps to add the black to the tag. 

The last thing was adhering the bugs, splattering the tag with white paint and doodling along the edges.
