Something completely different

 Hello everyone,

Welcome to my blog where today I am sharing a round card I made with a stamp from the recently released Circus Collection by Janet Klein. I really love this collection, I think it is my all time favourite by Janet. Anyway, here it is:

Here is how:

I cut out a card with Die #38. I used watercolour paper.
Later I used the bigger circle to cut out a black mat.

I stamped Clown Dee #1207 and coloured her with Copic Markers. I then cut her out.

I coloured the background by smearing Distress Oxide Ink pads over the paper and then spreading the colour with a watercolour brush and water. I then used the same inks to add stars with stencil #126. I used Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Twisted Citron and Peeled Paint.

After I toned it down with white paint and a brayer, I added splatters with a white paint pen and some stamping. I used the same Distress Inks and a Versafine Clair in black.

I couldn't resist to add some Rub-ons. I used sets #12 and #8.

After I added some pieces of washitape #23, I decided the background was ready for Dee.

and there she is! She is so cool! I added a sentiment from the same stamp set #1207.
