Hello everyone,
For the second inspiration piece for Country View Challenges' 'Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness' themed challenge I have made an artjournal page.
There is still lots of time to play along with us! Before you do please read the RULES!
Here's how I made it:
I used Distress Oxide inks and water to make the background.
I then stamped the focal point on the page and on a piece of separate paper. I used watercolour paper for this project.
Some background stamping using the same Distress Oxide inks.
A bit more stamping, this time with black ink.
Adding some pieces of washi tape.
I decided to use watercolours for the focal image.
After cutting the image out I glued it over the one on the page.
Lastly I added some Tim Holtz clippings stickers as a sentiment.
Thank you for stopping by today !

ReplyDeleteLove the colouring of the pumpkins! Wondered if you grounded them with a Distress watercolor pencil or something else? x
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, the pumpkins were done with watercolours. I use professional Winsor & Newton watercolours. Hope this helps. xx
DeleteI grounded them with a coloured pencil.
