Beautiful

and Happy Thursday. Today for my post for Vera Lane Studio I have a tag to share.

This lovely flower girl is a Calla Lily and I happen to love Calla Lilies.. Especially the white ones that go into green. I have tried to do that here but I don't think I made a very good job of it ! 

Anyway, I glued pieces of gelli print to a tag and then brayered white paint over it to make it slightly lighter. I then stamped some script here and there in purple. The lily was printed, coloured with Copic Markers and cut out. I always go around the cut edges with a black marker so it looks like I cut it out perfectly ! 

I then glued her onto the tag, adding some washi tape for her to stand on. A piece of ribbon finished it off..
