Sunshine, moonlight….

Hello fellow Crafters,

I have an Art journal page to share today. I used my medium sized Moleskine watercolour journal.

Again the quality of the photo is not brilliant. The photos look great on my phone but as soon as I transfer them onto my MacBook they look horrible. I will have to spend some time to see what I can do about that.
Anyway I painted this page with watercolours in green, blue, yellow and orange. I cut the stars from paper from a magazine which is about engineering, hence the drawings, and coloured them. The main figure is "Jammin'" and he is from Stampotique. I stamped him on white paper, coloured him, clear embossed him and glued him on the page. I used some washi tape to stand him on. The black rings are made with India Ink and a cookie cutter. Lastly I glued on the sentiment which is of course part of a song by the Jacksons.
Thanks for stopping by !

Hope you like it.

  3. I am loving seeing you use what I thought was the Tim Holtz film strip in your art projects, but today realized you are using washi tape!! Regardless, it is a great element to use! This journal page is just great, Corrie. Love that you are finding inspiration in music and lyrics, as I often do. Mwah!
