Sparkle in the rain

Hello everyone, 

Here she is again, isn't she lovely. This is of course one of the new release stamps from Visible Image. 

This card was really easy to make. 

I cut a card panel, slightly smaller than the card. I used 4 shades of blue acrylic paint and randomly brushed it on the panel. I then stamped the girl with black Archival Ink. I had to 'restore' her a bit as she didn't stamp perfectly.  Next I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark and sprinkled white embossing powder over it and heat embossed it. Lastly I adhered the panel to the card.
