Hello everyone,
For today's AALL & Create project, I have made an artjournal page with all Bipasha products.
Here's how I made this:
First of all I stamped the mug and the sunflowers on watercolour paper.
While my stamping was drying I added texture paste through this stencil onto my background which is Mixed media paper.
When the texture paste was dry I sprayed the page with a Dylusions Ink spray. I haven't used these for ages and I wanted this colours. It is Calipso Teal.
After it dried I used a brayer and white paint to tone it all down and grunge it up a little.
Next I watercolored the flowers and the mug and cut them out.
This is what I had in mind.
Before I added the stamping I added some Inktense pencil around the texture paste circles. It makes them stand out a little more. I used a bit of green and a bit of blue. I then added stamping with yellow, brown and black ink and went around the edges of the page with the brown ink pad.
I also splattered onto the page with a white, black and yellow paint pen. I love how grungy it looks now.
Next I added washi tape and placed the mug with flowers on the top to ground it. I also added some washi tape in the left hand top corner for balance.
Lastly I added the sentiment.
I have used the following AALL & Create products (all by Bipasha Bk):
Washi tape #24 - Power Words
Stencil #147 - Coffee Stains
Stamps:
#647 - Basic Tags
#552 - Scripted Cross
#457 - Background Voices
#643 - Hot Drinks
#642 - Caffeinated
