and welcome to my last blogpost for Katzelkraft. I have been on the team for almost 2 years and I think it is time to move on ! I would like to thank BĂ©atrice for her generosity while I was on the team ! And you never know, our paths might cross again sometime !
So, for this post I made a Christmas card:
I painted the card panel with acrylic paint and then embossed the clock face on it. I also stamped some script on it. I doodled around the edge with a black pen.
I stamped the Zebra and coloured him with Copic Markers; I cut off his top hat and replaced it with a Christmas hat which I also coloured with Copics.
The sentiment is made out of two sentiments: "A wonderful world" and "Keep calm and wait for Christmas". This is a great way to stretch your stamps. Sometimes you can just make a sentiment by putting bits of other sentiments together.
I adhered everything on my panel and then adhered the panel to a white card.
That was it.
I used the following stamps :
KTZ159 - for the word 'christmas'
KTZ30.01 - Clockface
KTZ141 - for the Zebra
KTZ142 - for the script
KTZ119 - for the hat
KTZ139 - for the words 'a wonderful'
Thank you so much for stopping by today !

ReplyDeleteI love this card, well done Corrie! Mr Zebra looks very festive in his Santa hat!
ReplyDeleteThank you for introducing me to Katzelkraft - if it hadn't been for your blog I would never know about the quirky but brilliant stamps they make, as they are not available in Australia (not to my knowledge, anyway).
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
