Art journal: the right hat



It was great fun creating this page this afternoon. I started with gesso on the page and then painted the page pink. I used a few stencils, Dylusions and TCW. Stamped a ledger stamp from Paperartsy around the edges and aged them with black ink. The figure is Batboy from Stampotique and because of his nice hat I thought the quote was very apt. I made a little base for him to stand on out of Washi tape from Tim Holtz.

      Thanks Valerie, I enjoy art journaling. I just came back from a week's holiday and can't wait to get back into it.
